The version I don't lead with
On paper, my career looked fine. Behind it, I was rebuilding my nervous system from the ground up. I had spent years shrinking to keep the peace, apologizing before I spoke, and treating other people's approval like oxygen. When I finally left, "just heal" and "just start over" were not enough. I needed a way to translate what I survived into clarity, income, and a life that was actually mine.
What I couldn't find
There was plenty of advice about healing. There was plenty of advice about building a business. Almost nothing sat in the middle, for women who were done proving their worth to people and places that never earned their loyalty, and ready to turn that exit into real income and a real life.
